XBONE controller on PC

I bought an Xbox One controller 2 years ago and have been using it wired (via the USb cable) on my pc for gaming. I've wanted to buy the wireless dongle that came out some time ago, but I don't know if all Xbox One controllers are compatible with it. Mine is about 2 years old so I'm worried about wasting my money. Do all Xbox One controllers work with the dongle, or do I have to buy a newer controller?

No it will work. I have an old controller and it works fine.

same here. If you have any wireless xbox 1 controller your fine!
