Xbox 360 Afterglow controller kicks out intel hd4000 - windows 10 insider build 15014.1000

I've recently updated to windows 10 insider build 15014. When I plug in my xbox 360 afterglow controller the screen flashes and switch between my two displays and ultimately fails the graphics driver triggering a restart.

This is likely the fault of the Insider build, you probably should post your findings on Microsoft's Insider forums so the dev team can look into it.
As you might recall, Insider builds are not meant to be productional and they contain beta updates and new features which are not finalized yet.
