Question Xbox 360 budget Capture Card with pass-through at (30fps, 1080p/720p) ?

I would like to know if there are game capture cards that have passthrough and will allow me to stream my gameplay from playing an xbox 360 at 30fps at preferably 1080p or 720p?
I would also like to use my MacBook Air (specs: https://support.apple.com/kb/SP798?locale=en_US&viewlocale=en_US
I also have a high end MSI Trident X pc with 10700k, rtx3080, and windows 10 but would prefer to use the MacBook because of it quicker, ease of use. Just starting out to see if I'd be into streaming so would like a really easy to use, cheap option.
