XBox 360 controller FAke or Genuine ??

I bought this controller nearly 3 months ago and though it's working great , i'm seriously in doubt about it being fake . The controller's start and back buttons are on the right side of the right analog stick (under A,B,Y,X buttons ) and it do not have a cross on center button , neither it have any microsoft written on it , it's transparent , and looks cool with LED lights on . here are pictures

the box of the controller had little details about it , and i am 70 % sure that it' China made .

It's not an official Microsoft Xbox controller that's for sure. cause they don't make anything like that. only 3rd party companies make those kind.

Thnx for confirming . Well i guess it's fine as long as it's working . there is not much difference between this and original right ?

As said above it definitely not Microsoft, but it shouldn't really matter. I have one similar to that by Afterglow, but it is Microsoft Certified.

If it works it works, but its not a microsoft product.
Does that matter? No.
