Xbox 360 Controller Properties in Japanese

Hello all. I've been having an issue with my controller properties window. I realize that the controller properties window is supposed to look like this on Windows 7:

But instead, MY controller properties window ends up looking like this:

Which makes it downright impossible to configure or calibrate my controller, which lately has been having some analog stick problems, but that's another issue altogether.

What I'd like to know is how to change the properties window to English. I know it's not the controller because when I plugged it into my laptop the properties window was in English, so I figure it may have something to do with drivers or my motherboard or usb ports.

Thanks if anyone can figure out what's wrong.

You can try downloading the English (US) version of the driver and installing that.

Which driver do you think I should reinstall? Theres 3 different drivers listed:
HID Compliant Game Controller (When I go to driver details for this one it says "No driver files are required or have been loaded for this device)
USB Input Device
Xbox 360 Controller for Windows

Xbox 360 Controller for Windows since it is specific to the game controller.
