Xbox 360 slim fan not working

So i bought a very old Xbox 360 on a garage sale and when i test it i saw the fan not spinning and there's a lot of dust in the console. Do u think the dust is the cause of the problem?

It very well could be, especially if it has been sitting in a humid location allowing the dust to solidify/harden sort of like "dust concrete".

Try cleaning and see if that resolves the issue.

I tried but it doesn't fix it it's still not spinning

It's Xbox is alive and play able fan is the only problem

ThE FAN spin but only 1 time then it stop after few times of trying

The old fan spins only if U keep shaking the 4 wires of it and if U stop. It will also stop from spinning

then the connector is likely bad, not the fan, broken wires can be fixed or replaced.
