Is there any cable or connectors to make a 360 wheel compatible with the pc?

do you mean using one of the thumbsitcks to scroll the interwebs?

this sounds like a cool idea - you might have some trouble finding or create some simple software that would allow this.

as for connecting it to your PC - yes there are solutions to connect an xbox 360 controller to a PC.
