Xbox 360 Will not Connect to the internet.

K, so here is the thing. I own 2 360's - one is mine and one is my parents/brothers. Their's connects to xbox live via ethernet cable just fine. When I go to do the same, my xbox doesn't even pick up the router. So I think it's a problem with the xbox. What should i do ?

have you tried it with just your xbox by itself? or using their cable?

also make sure upnp and dhcp is enabled on your router. and teh network settings on your xbox are set to automatic.

Are you trying to both use the same xbox live account?

Also what model router are you using?

The network settings are all correct because we use the same router.

We have different accounts.

I use 02 Wireless Modem.
