[SOLVED] Xbox 360 wired controller not being detected?

I've been using this controller for a while now to play singleplayer games and up until now it has worked perfrectly fine. I tried to plugin the controller today and all of the lights came on, but only usually one comes on. Then it just didn't work the computer isn't detecting it. I can't find it in the device manager not even in the "other devices" tab which seems to be the only solution. I've redownloaded the drivers, I have tried all of the other usb ports, and I shutdown my pc multiple times. I don't know if it's actually broke or not because the lights come on and it's a constant light not blinking. I can't find anyone with the same problem.

NVM after hours of trying I just kept doing the same stuff over and over again by some miracle it started working again. Anyone is welcome to try and fix it thought for people having the same problem in the future.
