It is plug and play, all you need to do is configure the connection to the router!

If you let Windows connect to the internet to search for drivers it should install automatically just fine. You could also go to Windows Update and click on Hardware which should show drivers for the controllers wireless receiver. If you bought the 360 controller for windows it should come with drivers for the wireless receiver. If you're trying to use a regular wireless 360 controller that won't work because you need a separate wireless receiver which is built into the 360.

If you are trying to hook up an xbox 360 wireless lan adapter to your PC you are out of luck. No such drivers exist.
