Xbox App not working Error Code 0x89231806

I was trying trying to use the Xbox app on windows 10. And each time i try to join a party. I get error code 0x89231806. I tried resetting the device adapters needed to use for the app. And it still doesn't work. If you could help.

Can you please pass on your full systems specs as well?

Sorry for taking so long to replay back. I will try the second thread.

CPU: Intel i5
Ram: 16GB
Hard Drive: 1 x 120 GB for OS and 1.8 TB for storage
GPU: NVidia GTX 770 2GB
Power supply: 800 watt

Nothing is working. I pretty much gave up on it until it's out of beta.
