Xbox cannot connect to the internet

I have an xbox that ive been using a bridge for from my computer to the xbox. It was working fine untill i moved it into the other room with different chord, ever since then it hasnt been able to connect back to the bridge connection i have for it. The xbox connects to the network, but network cant connect to internet.

what do you mean by a bridge? a switched layer 2 bridge or a device you are using to bridge the connection?
