Question Xbox Game Bar Record not working after installing new GPU

I have recently installed a new GPU, but the Xbox Game Bar recording just doesn't work now.

I have installed OBS but the quality of the recording looks pixelated, and it makes it seem like I have 10 fps, even though my fps was very fine while recording it.
I have not experienced any of these issues with the Xbox Game Bar recorder and thus I would like it to work back.

Does anyone know a solution for this? Or maybe a better recording software?
