Question Xbox Gamepass and nintendo online Question

Does the nintendo online app have all or most of nintendo game catalog? Would i be able to play any of those games on a regular desktop or laptop like macbook or mac mini?

No. I don’t believe Nintendo would ever allow that to happen because they want you to buy their hardware
