If I can then can I use an old HyperX splitter for the mic to work ? Is it gonna be any problem with the sound also ? Like sound being delayed or lower quality than it would originally be on xbox?

You will need a Female to 2 Male Audio Splitter.
This Splits the headset to two 3.5mm ports. One for Audio, One for microphone. You can then plug it into the PC.

Usually the headphones come with one, if not you will need to order one on Amazon.

Ok, you'll need the splitter in order for the headset to work. Any Female to 2 Male Audio Splitter will do.

now for the second question, is there gonna be a problem using them on pc? like delayed sound/bad quality?

It's not 'just any' female to 2 male split that you want..it needs to be female TRRS to 2 males.
The adapter will not degrade the àudio quality or delay anything..it will be as good as it ever was

Chances are your motherboard audio is better than the audio found in an XBox controller. Where this headset can show any improvement is a different question.
