Xbox is freezing up on DVDs...best way to go about fixing

Hey All,

I have a Halo Edition Xbox that is less than a year old. Recently DVD
movies start stuttering and freezing up after about 30 minutes. The most
likely culprit is the DVD drive and I would like to replace it.

Is there a special make/model drive I should be looking for? Is this an
easy process? Any links on the web you can point me to that describes the
procedure for replacement?

Isn't it still under warranty? If so, Microsoft should fix it for free.
