hey, im tryin to figure out why i cant play battlefield bad company 2 game on quick match, so i find out that its my age, i didnt make myself old enogh to play the game but i cant figure out how to change my age!!!!! so i just want to know how to change my age or if u even can!!!!!

I don't think you can change your age directly, unless changing your connected e-mail account. When you're old enough though, make sure you promote your account in the XBL memberships section of the dashboard. Promotion allows you to turn off any parental controls and lets you see age restricted content on the marketplace. I'm pretty sure you have to be 18 to promote though.

However, I have never been stopped playing a game because of my age so maybe this isn't your issue. If you got BF: BC2 preowned then your EA Online code may be invalid so check this as well.

now i am banned and MSFT won't tell me what to do

i am banned because i got hacked and now they ignore all of my forum posts
