Xbox Live problem

When I go to a page of a free certain Xbox live game like Doritos Crash Course or Spartacus Legends: There is no 'Download: Free' selection.

Tell me what's wrong, or any kind of suggestion.

if there is a "download" icon, click it, it will download for free...

That's the thing,there is NO download button.
