Xbox one and acer laptop can't connect to Internet at the same time

So I don't understand much about networking as Im an accountant so bear with me. I use a belkin n600 db wireless dual-band n+ router modem, the problem I'm having is I have a Toshiba computer that works fine when the acer laptop is on the Internet but when both the acer laptop and xbox one are on the Internet nothing works all cables are connected to the router oh and all devices are connected wirelessly

Do you mean the amount supplied by my network provider if so I've got 500 giga bytes
