Question (Xbox one controller Makes games crash)

Im having an issue where whenever i play games using ANY Xbox controller plugged in Via USB my games stutter/freeze, and at the same time there is weird noises like clicking or buzzing coming from my pc. No issues running games whatsoever when its not plugged in, no weird noises. took me all day just to narrow it down to this so hopefully someone knows what this might be, thank you!

im running Windows 11,
core i5 3450
16 gb ram
gtx 1060 3gb.

Just to add i have tried all USB Ports on my pc to no avail, No other USB Devices have any issues with noise or anything

i have not, let me do that really quick.

works fine on a different pc, i dont think the issue itself is the controller because i tried 3 other controllers with the same issue, even a 360 Controller. im clueless. i did try uninstalling the device in device manager and restarting the pc, then let windows reinstall the driver. im just not sure.

Do you have any other USB devices you can try and do they cause problems?

What happens if you use your pc to charge a phone using the USB?

no problems with any other USB Devices, my phone charges fine using it. no noise.

Really strange. You could try uninstalling the controllers driver and then letting Windows reinstall it.

as stated i just did that to no avail. it is indeed strange and i have no idea what to try.
