XBox One Controller post 360

Hello!

My X360 Controller just died and I want to switch to the XOne's.

I have a couple of questions though.

1) Any difference, incompatibility or things to know vs. the 360's on Win10 64bits?
2) I got the Gigabyte Wifi card with bluetooth 4.2, do I still need a dongle of some sort?
3) Do I need batteries, a battery or can I just plug it via an USB cable?

2) Depends on which controller you buy - https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-on-windows/accessories/connect-xbox-one-controller-to-pc

3) You can use a USB cable to connect and no batteries are needed.
