Xbox one Controller Vibration vs Xbox 360

I just got my xbox one controller for pc and noticed that the Vibration is kinda weaker than xbox 360, is this normal? thanks in advance

oh god. sad, but sir is there a way to make it stronger etc, its like its 1/4 of how strong my 360 is
