Xbox One DHCP Issue?

I just purchased a Linksys PLEK400 Port Adapter Kit to connect from my router to my Xbox One using an Ethernet cable. I used the setup guide that came with the product and they connected to each other successfully. I went on my Xbox and tested the connection. It's telling me that it "Cant connect to your DHCP server. I tried every troubleshooting solution possible and nothing has worked at all. I tested this on another Xbox One and the exact same issue took place.
It also told me to refer to my manual on setting up DHCP. Nothing of the sort is in the manual. Linksys EA6350 is the router I am using and the network adapters are a pair of Linksys PLEK400s. Help would be deeply appreciated for I have been working on this for hours.

So you have the first power line adapter plugged into your router with an ethernet cable, and then into the an outlet.

The second adapter is plugged into another outlet and into the XBox one with an ethernet cable?

Do you have a laptop or something to test to see if you get any internet on it?

I'm using this adapter to type this message right now. The internet is working on here, but I don't get why it isn't working on there. And yes, the first adapter is plugged into the wall by the router and is also connected to the router. Same as the second as it's connected to my laptop right now.

I just found that Steam isn't working and can't connect to its services. I don't get that.
