You can try Ebay, but I have no idea of the cost.

Depending on warranty, what's included, how used, it may not be a good deal though.

I went to Walmart USA, and for $350 you could get (preorder):

1) New black XBOX ONE + controller + Gears of War game, plus

2) Choice of two games (one was GTA 5), plus

3) extra wired controller (or $25 more for a wireless)

So, two games and an extra controller, plus it's NEW and no shipping costs for only $350. That's pretty sweet.

you can buy a xbox one for around and close to 200$ (without the xbox Kinect or anything extra) Ebay and craigslist is going to be the cheapest places to get it. Just note the cheaper then average places your going to get an xbox one the more shady and risk you take of going there and getting ripped off.
Cheaper is not always better, but if your desperate try pawn shops.

ebay has auctions, you might be able to pick one up lower than your budget if you wait and look/bid.

craigslist is always an option as well however you need to be careful about what you are buying as there are no guarantees.
