So I have the new xbox one s controller and it doesn't work..
At first I tried to use my old dongle and it tryrd to pair forever or it asked for passcode and didn't work.
I saw someone on the internet saying that he fixed the problem with new bluetooth dongle, so I got a new one (gold touch 4.0 bluetooth usb dongle adapter)
Now It just paring forever..
BTW now I can't see the bluetooth in device settings too..

I used the same controller with the same dongle on other computer and it worked...

I have found out that my computer is stuck on airplane mod and I can't turn it off

hi bro, i have the same problem, i have and 2.0 dongle but the controller dont appear in bluetooth search, i have windows 10 actualized, and the xbox app controller too, what do you recommmend me to do?

Did you activate bluetooth in windows?
http://www.windowscentral.com/how-and-why-use-bluetooth-on-windows-10

Go to the manufacturer´s homepage of the dongle and download latest drivers for windows 10.

Is the bluetooth device in device manager marked with an arrow?
right click on it, then click on activate

eventually uninstall the device drivers of your bluetooth device and restart windows

search for windows updates

bro aditional data, the bluetooth dongle is 2.0, is the cheaper, and havent brand, i will buy a 4.0, for fix this, i hope this is the problem
