Xbox one s controller problems with Bluetooth

So I have the new xbox one s controller and it doesn't work..
At first I tried to use my old dongle and it tryrd to pair forever or it asked for passcode and didn't work.
I saw someone on the internet saying that he fixed the problem with new bluetooth dongle, so I got a new one (gold touch 4.0 bluetooth usb dongle adapter)
Now It just paring forever..
BTW now I can't see the bluetooth in device settings too..

Oh and I forgot to menthion, I allready updated the controller with the xbox app

I've always used a cable to use my Xbox controller with my PC, but in your case maybe if you go to "Device Manager" you can find the peripheral and update the drivers, also check Windows Update as well because there may be an update for the driver in there

I bought the one s controller because it can be used wirelessly with bluetooth.
And all the drivers are updated and windows too 🙁

The xbox one s controller can be used with blutooth, I saw meny people on the internet use it with no problem :\

FYI I thought is was Win 10 only but on another thread someone was claiming a recent update made Bluetooth and Dongle connection possible in 7 & 8.1. Not tested it myself as everything I have is now on 10.

Try the dongle in all USB ports of your PC

I didnt know this either until a thread on here a day to 2 ago. As I say I haven't done it but the poster was adamant it was the case.

Ok so, the controller works fine with my phone bluetooth, and I can connect the phone to the computer with the bluetooth, so I think that the problem is with the computer itself

Ok so I somehow manged to connect the controller by removing all my blutooth devices and I have no idea why It worked, but thank you all for trying to help!

Now I feel stupid...
The controller is connected but the pc don't recognize him as a controller, so he doesn't work -_-

Yeah, and updated the controller with cable.
BTW when I click on the blutooth in devise maneger there is no option to update it, and there are no proprties

I clicked on solution by mistake and now I can't change it -_-
And I allready did it and it didn't help

It's a new receiver, I bought a new one becasue I thought the old one was broken.
But I will try it one other system
