XBOX One X 4K Monitor that actually works?

Has anyone out there found a monitor for the XB1X that can display in 4K (HDR or Non-HDR) through the HDMI port? Looking for something in the 27" - 29" range but will go up to 32" if the price is right. Can't go bigger. Would love to find confirmation that FreeSync actually works as well. Everything I have found / tried has been misleading. Terribly frustrating. Thanks so much for any help / guidance anyone might have
