Question Xbox One X but don’t have a 4k TV

I recently just bought an Xbox One X but I don’t have a 4k TV. Games still look amazing despite the lack of a 4k TV, but I would love to play games in 4k and reach the full potential of the Xbox One X. I have seen online that there are adapters that you can plug in for TVs and watch movies in 4k with HDR on a 1080p TV. So my question is, could I buy one of those adapters for the Xbox and TV to make games run on 4k and HDR?

Nope to run REAL 4K , you need an actual 4K TV.
