Question Xbox Series X Controller via Bluetooth randomly stops responding and must press Alt+Tab to fix

Also I tried almost everything I found online but nothing worked, I updated the controller from the Xbox accessories app and updated my Bluetooth drivers, this problem only occurs when using Bluetooth instead of cable.
