Xbox wont connect to wireless connection HELP

I have att wireless internet and my xbox will not connect. It says that is cant find the IP address however i have manual added them and tried to connect with a unsecure still no connection!

there has been a recent update where you need to re confirm the terms and conditions for going online. it may not be the problem but could have a look in console settings or something, i do not no a huge amount so sorry cant help more
