XboxOne and USB3.0-HDMI Compatibility

Hello, my Xbox one's HDMI output port is broken and I'm not trying to spend a fortune to have Microsoft or some other company to fix it or try to fix it myself and completely fry the Xbox. Is there a chance that I could use a USB 3.0 to HDMI converter like this one I found on Amazon? According to the description its compatible with Windows 7/8/10, and my Xbox is up-to-date on the Windows 10 based core. The converter also has extremely positive reviews.

Just make sure you install any drivers for the device that may be (and are often) necessary.

You will run at below 30 fps and these things need drivers to work. So chances of it working are almost 0.
