Xeon 1231 v3 or Xeon 1241 v3 and $20

There is a $20 price difference between the two and .1ghz speed increase on the 1241 v3 (3.4-3.8 or 3.5-3.9). For $20 more would I notice any type of difference since the differences in speed are a tiny bit different?

You'd probably notice it as much as you'd notice the difference in price.

If you fully intend to spend 20 more dollars, might as well.
