Xeon 1240 v3 equivalent AMD processor?

Am about to upgrade to this Xeon processor and i came across that its almost equivalent to an i7 4770! but i wish to know which AMD processor will it be equivalent to?

It's a bit better than a 1500x in most cases.
By but I mean the smallest margins. A max oced 1500x would win most of the time.

Those are flat benchmarks usually takes a 10% amd lead to actually out fps an Intel setup. Number is dropping however. Soon the 1500x might out game the 1240.

between a fx 9590 and a Ryzen 1500 or 1600. Hard to tell since only recently has AMD provided anything to compare Intel to lol.

Sadly the nuclear reactor loses so badly that it's "8" cores loses to the 4c8t 25% lower clocked xeon even in multi threaded

Well guys now am tilting towards another Xeon E3 1270 3.4GHz chip since am getting this for much cheaper price than the 1240 v3.
reviews about this one?
Also will it as powerful as the i7 haswell competitor?
