Will 2600 v3 family Xeon work on x99 non workstation motherboards like x99 deluxe x99 -a ?

x99 Deluxe + Xeon 2699v3
OR
x99 Deluxe + xeon 2696 v4 (Broadwell-e)

"It should" not gonna work unfortunately (planning to buy one)
I need to know for sure
Officially asus not have bios for x99 deluxe that says you can put xeons into it
moreover v3 xeons as I know have 2011 socket NOT 2011-3
but some people say that they made it to work
