Xeon 3430 cpu compatibility with LGA 1156 MOBO

I'm trying to build a very budget PC so what I found was:
Xeon 3430 CPU
Asus LGA 1156 MOBO
GTX 750 TI

My question is: (since they're fairly old parts (CPU and MOBO) and can't seem to be able to find them on PCPartpicker)
1) will this cpu run with any LGA 1156 MOBO?
2) will it run with most Nvidia GPUs (like the 750 ti)

Asus provides a list of supported CPUs (with BIOS version numbers) on their webpages. That is the place to check.

Yes they are compatible, I personally have a x3440 in my LGA 1156 motherboard https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGA_1156
