I checked the bios and it says all cores should be running, hyperthreading is enabled and I'm not sure why the CPU is still running on 2 cores out of 6.
BIOS version is FH, I didn't mess with the bios I just got the PC and not sure what is the issue.

My specs:
CPU cooler - Corsair H75
CPU - Xeon x5650
MOBO - gigabyte x58a-ud3r

Solution
Thanks for attempting to help me, I panicked and thought I wasted money on this mobo and CPU.
I googled the issue and I've seen that some people suggested to update windows, and that's what I did - it works just fine, 6 cores 12 threads.

Solution

At first, I installed only 8 ram in 2 slots, so 4 each, I think it had nothing to do with the problem tbh.
I'm glad I posted it here, someone else might find this useful.

Do you have a clue what is the idle temps for that CPU?

I'm running it 3x4GB, that's what I had already.
Can you help me, I ran into a problem, I don't know where to plug the front audio thingy to the motherboard I just can't seem to find it.

Dunno, not working.

I have HD Audio and AC 97 cables, not sure where to plug one of them into the mobo - first PC build tbh.
It's for the front headphone plug.
