I usually like E3 1220 (4c/4t) on H61 motherboard.
E3 1230(4C/8T) on B75.
So you can consider to find a B75 because the power phase of H61 can not too low end to E3 1245V2.
And the PCIEversion of ALL H61 is only2.0 do not have sata3 port, and your RAM will work at 1333Mhz. PCIE2.0 means a slight impact on your RX570.
Sorry for my poor writing.
Hope this can help you

Actually, i5 2400/2500 can enable +0.4Ghz@4 cores by using P67, Z68 or Z77 motherboards. Kind of like "Overclock"
And I found that rare H67/H61 also can enable this function you can have a try. I think i5 2400 may like 90% i3 8100.

i see, it makes sense, since i counld't make the turbo booster work, but i din't mind, i prob would get 3-5fps max, so whatever, i just want to know if the e3 1240v2 works on that mobo, i dont want wast money in 1155 lga mobo , just want it to hang more, until i get some real money to spent in some up to date shit, and that e3 would do a great job

Yes it is sir
Then you will need to provide us the make and model of the pre-built PC so we/you can look up the CPU support for the motherboard. OEMs don't necessarily follow the same CPU support as the retail boards do. The micro code (BIOS) may need an update for the Xeon to be recognized.
Is it a Dell Optiplex xxxx by any chance?
