xeon E3- 1280 and GTX 1060 or 970 compatibility

will Xeon E3-1280 on H61 mobo and 16GB ECC ram, bottleneck when paired with GTX 970/ 1060 6gb? will the performance in gaming be similar with those i5 7th gen pair with above cards ?.

just wanted to confirm and double check it. Found a deal for 120 USD on that Xeon with dell 06nwyk (cpu 1) and 16gb ram and 1tb hdd. dont know if its a good deal. hahhaa
