[SOLVED] Xeon E5 2620 or Xeon E5 2609 V2?

I'm wondering if I should E5 2609 V2 compared to the 6 core counter part for $5 more. I do understand the how low the clock speed on the 6 core is but at the same time for streaming and gaming at the same time could possibly benefit in any way, and the other one is only a 4C/4T but at 2.5Ghz I'm also getting these from Ali express for less than $20 and I'm also wondering if it's safe to purchase these from there.
