Hi all
I was never a fan of Overclocking, all I ever did with my personal systems was just find a safe auto-oc profile from the bios and called it a day. But this is different. I built a super cheap gaming PC for a friend of mine featuring a Xeon E5450 @ 3,00ghz, paired with an R9 270X and 8GB of DDR3 @ 1333mhz RAM. I am super satisfied for the system we got for that amount of money but i strongly believe that our XEON can use all the help he can get. I am not an expert with Voltages but I believe a nice 20% boost @ 3,6Ghz will give him a nice spark in the performance smoothly, without meddling with voltages and temperatures too much. Can anyone please provide me with some BIOS profile information and which numbers I should change? The PC is sitting on a Gigabyte G41 775 motherboard.
Thanks in advance!
