[SOLVED] xeon ES with hyper threading random stuck at bios ,x79

TpowerX79 xeon ES , with hyper threading, there is a chance stuck at post(B2) or boot selection (A2,A3,A5).
But once logged into system(win7 or win10), it become very STEADY

I've tweaked many bios setting, finally narrowed down to hyperthreading, disabled it, never stuck again

For me it's a little affect since disable hyperthreading, but if enable , it could not 100% reboot again when remote.

I want to know if it's an ES cpu or mobo flawless?Anyone has similar case?

An "ES" Xeon is not supposed to be sold. That engineering sample (ES) is still property of Intel corp. Since it is an engineering sample there is no way to know if it has a bug, since end users aren't supposed to have them.
