Xeon For Gaming

My Dear Friends Yesteday i went to my friend home.. i see his pc its xeon.. after i searched it in internet.. and i studied it was server processor but very powerfull.. in my country xeons are cheaper.. like xeon 1231 v3.. its better than i7 2600?? can i game with it?? it bottleneck gtx970? thank you

E3-1231V3 == I7 4770 (no K) without iGPU.
I7 2600 vs I7 4770...which one is better? I7 4770 of course but not by much.
I7 2600 is still ok for gaming

I am running E3-1231V3 with GTX1080.
Bottleneck for GTX970? No. I bought my E3-1231V3 along with a single 970 after that 2x970s then I moved to a single 1080.
