[SOLVED] Xeon in Dell optiplex 3020?

Hello everyone, I am stuck @ wall on how too upgrade my Dell Optiplex 3020 Mini Tower

Specs are:
i5 4570
8GB DDR3 1600Mhz
Stock Dell Motherboard that comes with PC

Anyways I was wanting to buy a CPU upgrade for it & I am kind of on a lower end budget but would rather get something close too a i7 4xxx series & stumbled upon a cheap Xeon E3 1270 v3, so I am curious on if the chip would even work inside this PC? If not I guess I will have to scrounge up some more cash & get an i7 but I am trying to save money which is why I ask.

You need a video card with a Xeon. no on chip video with them.
You might want to double check the exact motherboard for compatibility, but it should work.

personally, I'd want a bit more of a performance boost to bother upgrading.

Yeah I have a GPU installed right now just currently worried if this chip would work & also, I am thinking my best bet would be either a i7 4790

I have a Dell 3020 SFF that I installed a 4790k in with 16GB of ram--really woke it up.
