Xeon on X99 Chipset?

Hi all.I'm new at this website.I hope this website is more better than Turkey's hardware forums.I have questions.Please help me.

1- My company will buy computer for 3D rendering computer with using 3DS Max/Maya.I wanted to buy Xeon E5 2697 V3 28 core cpu on Asus X99 Deluxe.At Asus website,they said X99 Deluxe support 2697v3 but you cant use all functions of Xeon.What does this mean? There is not sever mainboard at my country. So i must use X99 chipset.Is there a problem for this?Amazon is sending cpus to Turkey,not mainboards.

2-We can buy 5930K 12 core cpu for 700 dollars in Turkey.Is it worth to buy Xeon for rendering?

3-We can buy E5 2699 V3 Enginnering Sample.It has same price Retail 2697v3.Perhaps we will render about week without rest of computer.Is there a problem for using ES Cpu for this job?

that processor is 14 cores 28 threads. and for #2 a xenon with 14 cores will be great for rendering. do you have other motherboard options? because a gaming motherboard will definitely not use the xeon's full power.boards like this will be more useful, as they are designed for Xeons http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132268 I am trying to find a cheaper option though.

Go for that 2699 v3 ES, will be a beast for rendering.

that is a fine board, but it is a bit steep. IYI_osmancik, if you can afford that it will work very well.

Yes, you can, just be sure to check which PCIE and RAM slots will run with only one CPU in, sometimes it can be very odd combinations.
