Xeon W3520 and VT-d

I'm looking to create a supercheap virtual machine server for educational purposes, and have found some really cheap boxes on eBay that seem to fit the bill. However, a lot of them have the W-series Xeons in them. Looking at Intel's ARK, there is no mention of VT-d in reference to these chips. Not 'Yes' or 'No', just no mention of VT-d at all. Anyone know for sure whether or not they support VT-d or IOMMU or whatever it's being called these days?

For example, look at the W3520: http://ark.intel.com/products/39718/Intel-Xeon-Processor-W3520-8M-Cache-2_66-GHz-4_80-GTs-Intel-QPI
