Xeon W3670 Compatible Motherboard ??

Im soon buying a second hand xeon w3670 from a friend, he currently has it in a dell motherboard or something, came out of a t3500 workstation.
I want to overclock it using a better motherboard, cant seem to find any guaranteed compatability between the two anywhere.
it is a 1366 socket, x58 chipset. need to find a motherboard that will support 3-channel ddr3, and 2 way sli.

*I've been told that the cpu will still work in any 1366 socket but the cpu details might not be detected ?

Seems ive answered my own question, managed to find a site that had the compatability checks.

a bit pissed off intel, msi, asus & asrock show no compatability for the w3670 on their sites.

It seems that you are really going off the beaten path to equip an older, undistinguished CPU.

What is so special to you about the W3670? Why are you attracted to it?

I've got the w3670 for dirt cheap and its more powerful than an i5 4690k which i have currently. im going to put it into a new build, it has 6 cores, 12 threads and runs @ 3.2ghz. i will overclock it to 4ghz.
