Xeon x3450 in Asus p7h55m motherboard??

Does anyone know if a Xeon cpu (x3450) will work in an Asus p7h55m motherboard at all? Is a Bios update needed or will the cpu not work ever in this board?

According to Asus compatibility list for that motherboard, the CPU is not included. It may or may not work.
