Xeon X3470 with a 240 watt power supply

I have an HP elite 8100 that came with a 240 watt power supply and i wanted to know if i could upgrade my i5 650 to a Xeon X3470 without having to change my power supply. My system:

cpu: Xeon X3470
ram: 8gb 1600 ddr3 ram
gpu: gt 1030 low profile ddr5 2gb
240 watt psu

The i5-650 is a 73W (TDP) processor and the Xeon 3470 is a 95W (TDP) processor. That slight change alone should not warrant a bigger PSU if nothing else has been modified from stock.
But be sure that the Xeon is on the CPU support list.

I had that exact sff and fitted in a Xeon x3480 without a problem, just slot it in and add some thermal paste and boom it's all G
