[SOLVED] Xeon X5450 + Gtx 1050 blackscreens and glitches

so i just got my gtx 1050 and i plug it in and install drivers and it just completly glitches out i have a 500 watt psu btw so i reboot the pc and it just blackscreens! So I wait a little at the menu before the pc boots up (Megatrends Menu) and it randomly does it again but glitches out shortly after!
Please help i really don’t know what to do

Boot into Safe Mode (F8) Use the old GPU if you need to. Create a System restore Point and then remove the old GPU drivers. Then do a clean install of the GTX1050 and it's drivers. It should boot into Safe Mode but may require Windows to load the drivers.
