At stock the e3 is better at 4ghz the x5560 is better.
bro I don't think so i can oc because the pc does not let me do so but 2 more cores 4 extra threads will still beat the 0.4 ghz diffrence in my opinion
I meant the 4ghz for the x5560. However all by all the difference between the 1245 and x5560 oc'd will be minimal. Also do keep in mind that the x5560 might not go to 4ghz. Not all cpu's oc equally.
